Job Description:

As a Property Manager at Harcourts Rockingham, you will play a critical role in overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for all aspects of property management, from tenant relations and leasing to maintenance and financial reporting. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused professional who can lead our property management operations to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant and Landlord Relations: Maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Leasing: Oversee the leasing process, including marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and move-in/move-out procedures.
  • Maintenance: Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are in excellent condition and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor rent collection, and handle financial reporting to clients.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations, ensuring properties are in compliance.
  • Vendor Management: Supervise and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality services are delivered at competitive rates.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure they meet our high-quality standards and address any issues as they arise.
  • Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service and maintain open communication with property owners and clients, keeping them informed about property performance and financial matters.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 months of property management experience.
  • Profound knowledge of property management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of property laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Be able to work independently when necessary and as part of a team 
  • Real estate registration
