Due to further expansion, we now have exciting opportunities for an additional  FULL TIME Property Manager to join our super-supportive and ultra-friendly team. 

If you do not have experience, we will provide the training for you to become successful.

Duties:

Your duties will include:

• Providing excellent Customer service and being the main point of contact for clients
• planning marketing programs for our properties to be leased
• Managing a portfolio of clientele and properties
• liaising with clients and tenants, manage maintenance
• Conduct full services from leasing, inspections, to final bond inspection and disposing bond.
• We are team-oriented and take pride in our relaxed and very supportive office culture. Therefore we are looking for a team player who likes to have a laugh but can smash out the real work too.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. The successful candidate will possess the following:

*Valid driver's licence. Strong communication skills, Ability to work independently

*Loyal, Diligent, Positive attitude with self-motivation

*Ability to speak an Asian language or any second language is a nice to have but not necessary at all.

*Attention to detail, strong organizational skills
