Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Supervise the execution of Tenancy Agreements and associated documents
- Maintain regular communication with current landlords
- Organise repairs and maintenance to managed properties and inspect where necessary
- Organise and conduct:
- Periodic inspections of managed properties
- Condition reports
- Vacating or final inspection
- Prepare, lodge and present applications to the NCAT and act in accordance with orders
- Authorise payments of client’s outgoings
- If required, attend to client’s insurance claims and payments
- Track rent arrears
- Carry out rent reviews
- Complete and file appropriately all Bond Lodgements, Bond Transfers and Bond Claims
- Attend meetings and training as directed
- Duties as requested by agency leadership team
- Identify challenges and be solution focused to address these on behalf of and in collaboration with the team
- Identify strengths specific leverage and share best practice
- Oversee Property Management team compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Must have prior experience in all aspects of property management
- Current Industry standard certifications
- Reliable car/drivers licence
- Finley tuned negotiation skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Corporate presentation
- An eye for attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
