You WILL get exposure to Commercial in this residential position!
Working for an esteemed agency in their new Hawthorn office with a large team, of 10 + staff. We are looking for a Property Manager to manage 150 properties local to the Hawthorn area.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm, finish at 5pm on Fridays! 1 in 5 Saturdays or less (team is currently working minimal due to low vacancy)!
A capable individual who will treat the business as if it were their own is what we are ideally looking for!
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of 150 properties, residential higher end
- Lease renewals
- Using the latest PropertyMe systems
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner / tenant enquiries etc.
- Manage administration, with VA support and maintenance requests with admin support provided
WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st year salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + Super (PLUS $5K car allowance)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
