Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to get more work/life balance? We have a rare part time role that has become available to work 2-3 days per week.
This role is perfect for the candidate who is looking to progress in Property Management & learn from working alongside the best in the industry with a tightly managed portfolio & flexible work arrangements around school hours if necessary. Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
- Managing Arrears
- Monitoring maintenance
- No trust accounting involved
- Outgoings & periodic inspections
- You will be a self-starter, be able to work autonomously
- Must be able to work unsupervised
It is essential that you have:
- A Victorian Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)
- Current Police Check
- Driver's License & Own Transport
- Minimum 5-10 years experience
- You must be familiar & skilled in property management legislation & practices
