The role involves:

• Portfolio management
• Supervising and mentoring staff - When required 
• Covering Office Manager when on leave 
• Lease renewal and rent reviews
• Repair and maintenance
• Lease sign-ups and preparation
• Arrears management, including court representation (where necessary)
• Routine inspections, final inspections and Property Condition Reports.

The requirements: 

• Property Management registration certificate and a minimum of 2 years experience in a Property Manager or Property Management Assistant role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
• Police clearance.
• Professional personal presentation
• Great organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Good initiative and well organised
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
