This role is not your average PM role, we are looking for someone to run an established portfolio with majority of properties under 10 years old, we have an incredible support system to allow to right person to flourish and grow! 

Here's the gist;

• Run your own portfolio 
• Dedicated Field Officer means minimal out of office! 
• Focus on creating lasting relationships with Landlords 
• Support team who assist with Tenant communication and general admin 
• Dedicated BDM & Leasing team 

Now there is a catch to this amazing job, you have to have the following:

• Real Estate Certificate or Licence
• Experience in a similar role 
• Handle a fast-paced environment
• Customer service is important to you
• Current driver's licence
• You are all over the relevant legislation
