If interested, you will have the following:
- A Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent certificate) or a Statement of Attainment in Real Estate Practice. A simple course that we can help you attain
- Exceptional communication skills and enjoy contact with people
- Professional personal presentation, manner and dialogue
- Ability to perform tasks both in the office and offsite at managed properties
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail
- A current driver’s licence
- Be an Australian citizen or resident with a valid Australian work permit
- Enjoy a supportive role within a team environment
Ideally you will have:
- Experience in Property Management as a Property Manager
- Experience using database software
- Proficient using technology
