WHO WE WANT:
Bridgebury Real Estate are seeking a Property Manager that will be able to make the position their own. Full training will be provided however experience in Property Management is ESSENTIAL. The role is portfolio based and uses PropertyMe as it's trust account software. We are looking for a pro-active individual that wants to develop their skills and be put on a clear career path for growth. It is important the right candidate is reliable and hard working! As the brand continues to grow quickly, so will the opportunities within the company. Your package can be adjusted on capability, so ultimately if you can manage more properties effectively, you can look at an even bigger package. The position is offered with a fully maintained company car to take home or an increased base salary to use your own.
MUST HAVE'S
- A Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Experience as a Property Manager
- Professional Appearance
- A Current Australian Driving Licence
