Centurion Transport is recruiting for new sales team members to join throughout Australia ( including Mel, Bris, FNQ, Darwin ) .
MAJOR ACTIVITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
- Manage and drive growth for the business throughout Australia with an East Coast focus
- Create opportunities for growth whilst maximising profitability and return on capital
- Seeking out new customers to achieve your yearly budgeted targets and goals
- Seeking the right fit to work with our small yet growing team
- Contract and negotiation skills
- Working with customers to develop an overall supply chain solution
- Ability to work in a high pace environment whilst prioritising daily tasks.
- Onboard new customers to the highest of standards and adopt best practice and company’s standards / policies.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the business and customer organisations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reporting to GM of Business development
ROLE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Minimum 5 years sales and transport experience.
- Strong and collaborative person
- A true hunter with a can do attitude.
- Business planning skills.
- Effective communication and networking skills.
