This role has had the same amazing Property Manager since 2018 who has decided to leave the industry and pursue other career options, its a well run portfolio of just over 100 properties with the majority being local so travel isn't an issue plus an excellent rapport with both landlords and tenants. No Trust Accounting and Top of the line software and programs.
We can offer both a Full-Time position or something more flexible for the right candidate.
We are seeking a motivated, positive and driven individual looking for a long term career in the Real Estate Industry. You must value customer service and show initiative when solving problems.
The position is both rewarding and challenging and you will work alongside our amazing team of 7 Property Managers and our supportive admin and accounts team and Department Manager/BDM.
Your role will include (but is not limited to):
- Building relationships with both Owners and Tenants
- Co-ordinating maintenance work
- Liaising with both Owners and Tenants as required
- Shortlisting and recommending new tenants
- Negotiating leases and rent reviews
- Organising and managing home opens
- Conducting routine inspections and property condition reports
We will provide all the necessary training and mentoring you will need to succeed in your new role.
We are seeking candidates who have the following:
- Current Property Management Registration necessary with a minimum of 12 months experience.
- Current WA drivers licence
- A solid understanding of Property Tree or similar program is a bonus
- A good understanding of MS Outlook and MS word
- Proficient IT skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and develop relationships
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanour with a great positive attitude
- Driven, motivated and career orientated
- Ability to work un-supervised and within a TEAM
- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Local knowledge of the area is a must.
