Based in Marsden Park, within our Elara office, this position will see you;
- Managing a growing portfolio of residential properties
- Managing arrears
- Liaising and building relationships with tenants and landlords
- Conducting routine inspections and detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports
- Overseeing relevant marketing strategies for the rental portfolio
- Managing termination notices and attending tribunal hearings
This is a Monday to Friday position, with no accounts and no leasing!
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate;
- A positive attitude! An energetic self starter with a passion for all things Property Management
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Success in dealing with complex property management issues
- High level of communication and customer service skills
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Min. 1 years previous experience working as a Property Manager
- Reliable motor vehicle and valid drivers license
