Your Role:
As a Residential Property Manager, you'll be at the forefront of operations, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the diverse portfolio. From tenant relations to property maintenance, your role will be multifaceted and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant relations: Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Leasing and marketing: Coordinate leasing activities, conduct property tours, and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Property maintenance: Oversee maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Financial management: Collect rents, manage budgets, and analyse financial performance.
- Compliance: Ensure properties comply with regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise , and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
- Registered to work in real estate
