They are now seeking a switched-on Property Manager who can take charge of a small immaculate portfolio and focus on client relationships whilst being supported by a fantastic team!

The Position
In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage a well looked after portfolio of properties that has been kept in tip-top shape
- Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
- Conduct rent reviews and coordinate lease renewals
- Maintain and minimise rental arrears
- Tribunal preparation and attendance if required
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
- 1-2 years experience as a Property Manager
- A local or good knowledge of the North Shore market
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A real nurturer who LOVES people and will go the extra mile to make clients happy
- A stickler for detail who thrives on getting stuck into problems and nutting things out
- Someone who can work autonomously but can also smash through collaborative tasks
- Top notch presentation - you will be dealing with clients at the elite end of the North Shore market who expect nothing less!
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
