Our business is growing and we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our busy and supportive team. Our strong focus is on offering outstanding service to our valued clients and quality management of properties ranging from the CBD to our rural areas and everywhere in between. There will be considerable travel in this role, however you will have a company car! This is a unique opportunity for the right person who will complement our small, dedicated team.
Qualifications & experience
- Current Agents Representative registration
- Experience in Property Management in the NT would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a “can do” attitude
- Current NT driver’s license essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conducting open inspections of properties to prospective tenants
- Preparation of properties prior the leasing
- Screening of applications and placing of successful tenants
- Arranging maintenance and repairs required
- Liaising direct with tenants, contractors and landlords to ensure smooth tenancies
- Carrying out both routine property / bond inspections as well as ingoing / outgoing property reports
- Administration duties and use of Outlook & Property Tree
