We are seeking an experienced and passionate person to manage a holiday property portfolio in the Blue Mountains. You will be managing an exciting range and the co-ordination and liaison between owners, holiday renters and internal and external business personnel to ensure that each property is managed at the highest standards.

You will be confident in managing a portfolio end-to-end, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. We are seeking a solution orientated individual with experience in conflict resolution. You will have the ability to provide accurate advice and create positive holiday rental property experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of 150 amazing properties, managed as a team in the Blue Mountains
- Continuing to nurture and maximise existing relationships and managing actions on your property portfolio.
- Ongoing management of maintenance & repairs utilising our dedicated partners.
- Conducting routine inspections, entry & exit inspections, as well as managing stakeholders.
- Diary management and keeping up to date on new and existing bookings.
Skills and Experience:
- Hold a current NSW Registration and Driver's License.
- Previous experience in residential property market or management.
- An empathetic nature, strong communication skills and a solution oriented approach.
- Equipped with legislative knowledge, and the ability to stay up to date with market trends and changes.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, with the ability to be resilient and adaptable to change.
- Software and computer proficiency, and the competence to learn new systems quickly.
