NTY Property Group is a boutique style agency founded by experienced real estate professionals wanting to offer a personalized service based on professional standards and excellent results. Our office hours are Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm. 

About the role

We are seeking a experienced Property Manager to join our team, in a end to end management role. This position will include the use of a take home company car. 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Home opens and application processing 
• Arrears
• Lease and management renewals
• Final bond inspections
• Property condition report updates, original PCR’s are outsourced
• Maintenance
• Routine inspections 
• Day to day administration and client liaison

Skills and experience  

• Current PM Registration 
• Valid WA Driver’s Licence
• Police Clearance
• Well-developed organisation/time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Team orientated
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Self-motivated with the drive to succeed
