We are looking for an applicant who is excited about excelling with their career in property management.
This is a permanent part-time position with 25-30 hours per week based in our Monto office. All hours will be during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (ie. 9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday). Attractive salary + ability to earn commission
The role includes:
- Regular communication with tenants and owners
- Preparing reports for Entry & Exit Inspections
- Handling of maintenance requests and work orders
- Coordinating Lease Agreements and Renewals
- Performing Routine Inspections
- Prospecting for new rental properties
- New tenant Inspections, Application Processing & Advertising
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant tenancy laws and regulations
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- Current Real Estate Certificate, or willingness to complete immediately
- Ideally some experience in property management
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Confidence in your ability
- Positive attitude
