YOUR Experience
The ideal candidate will:
- Proven previous experience in property management or real estate
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and landlord-tenant laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Certification in property management REIQ (e.g., Certified Property Manager) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with the option for an immediate commencement. The position will be office-based, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, particularly during tenant emergency situations. Full working rights in Australia are a prerequisite for this role
