As one of our Property Manager’s you will be responsible for a high level of communication and service for our owners, tenants and contractors. Other tasks includes lease renewals and rent reviews, arrears management including court representation, ingoing and outgoing condition reports and maintenance. We require a committed candidate who thrives on working as part of a high performing team to deliver outstanding service.
To be successful in this role you must:-
- Possess a positive can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual and great attention to detail
- Friendly, professional and confident disposition
- Initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outside the box thinking
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Hold a current Drivers Licence
- Have your Property Management Registration
