We're currently looking to fill two positions - a Property Manager with experience in residential and/or commercial leasing, and an office administration assistant to support our sales and property management teams. Our office is conveniently located in the CBD, with one off street car park per position. Come and be a part of our dedicated and friendly team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring efficient and effective property management services
- Coordinate property advertising, conduct inspections with prospective renters (own vehicle required), process applications, effectively manage Rental Agreement negotiations and facilitate the move in/vacating processes
- Monitor rental arrears and implement appropriate actions to minimise financial risks
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive property reports, including rental appraisals, routine inspections, rental reviews and condition reports
- Address maintenance issues by engaging trades people and ensuring safety checks are carried out as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Rental Providers, renters and contractors
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations and best practices in property management
Requirements:
- Experience in Property Management
- Working knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act legislation and Regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation
Beneficial, but not required attributes:
- Experience and basic knowledge of trust accounting
- Familiarity with Console
