The Role:
- The office is based in the Narangba area. Parking onsite at the office
- Manage a tidy portfolio of 130 properties, all located locally to the office
- Loads of support - Reception assists with all applications
- Entry and exit condition reports
- Arrears management
- Handling maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradespeople
- Relationship building
- Fully supported role. All calls are taken through Reception so no after hours calls. Focus on the job
- Laid-back, collaborative team culture
- Ongoing training
- Progression on offer, nationally recognised training programs in place
- Excellent processes and systems in place already
- Monday to Friday, no weekends
- Salary of $75K + Super + Company Cars to use for OOO duties
- 2+ years of Property Management experience
- Must have a current QLD Certificate of Registration and Driver's License
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
