This position has come available due to our Senior Property Manager accepting another position at Bruse Real Estate.
If you have your Property Management Licence and the skills to enhance this team please apply.
A vehicle is provided (for business use).
The applicants must have;
- At least 2 year's experience in Property Management with a sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Legislation
- Excellent computer skills and experience in all Microsoft programs
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Typing 45 wpm plus with high accuracy
- Current South Australian drivers' licence
As a team player you will need experience in all areas of property management, with good presentation and a focus on customer service. Communication and problem solving is essential. You must be highly organised and have strong attention to detail.
