The Role:

• Very clean portfolio
• Managing roughly 200 properties
• Effectively manage Landlord and Tenant communication
• Repairs & maintenance management
• Arrears management
• Build strong relationships with landlords
• Work alongside an experienced Senior PM
• Oversee tenant application process and tenant conflict resolution
• Manage all lease renewal negotiations
• ADHOC aid to Head of Department

The Candidate:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in a property management role
• Current Certificate of Registration is essential
• Real Estate License is preferred but not essential
• Outstanding customer service
• Intuitive with an ability to multi-task
• Own car and current driver's Licence
