Currently seeking a Property Manager, this role will require professionalism, personalised service and someone that is ready to indulge in the benefits of working with a large company.
The Role:
Working Monday – Friday, this role will require someone to service multiple prestigious buildings across the CBD all within walking distance of each other. With an impressive portfolio, we are looking for someone to:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of roughly 120 units
- Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
- Communicate effectively with tenants
- Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
- Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
- Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management
- Preform additional tasks as instructed by the Senior Property Manager
- A keen interest in Real Estate & customer service
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Professional Communication Skills
