Position Overview:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient management of a portfolio of residential and some commercial properties in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, maintaining properties while providing exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Regular property inspections and maintenance coordination
• Handling tenant enquiries and maintenance requests
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant property legislation
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants
• Assisting the Senior Property Manager in all aspects of the day to day management of the 300 portfolio
• Inspections and open homes when required

Requirements:

• 2-3 years previous experience as a Property Manager 
• Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
• Valid real estate license or certificate
