We’re on the hunt for the next Property Manager Extraordinaire to join our centrally located real estate business.

This position runs a portfolio of roughly 100-120, and we’re looking for someone with end-to-end experience. This position comes with a dedicated car-bay, use of the company vehicles for out of office appointments and laptop.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager who has previously ran a portfolio, end to end.
Whilst we offer great support and a great environment to excel, we also have high expectations of all our team. To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:
- Current WA Real Estate Property Management Registration
- Valid Driver's License with clean police record
- Minimum 12 months Property Management experience running a portfolio end to end
- Be motivated to provide flawless property management and customer service
- Exceptional time management skills, including effective and efficient work flow
- Be highly motivated to hit KPI targets
- Understand the value of phoning clients rather than hiding behind emails
- Have developed skills to build and maintain trusted working relationships
- Client focused, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Present in a corporate and professional manner at all times
- Use of PropertyTree is advantageous
