As one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, we are looking for an experienced Strata Manager with advanced administrative and management skills to manage a strata portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio with diverse properties
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and follow up on issues
- Stay up-to-date with by-law and technical knowledge to provide proper advice to clients
- Chair/Attend AGMs and other meetings, prepare budget, meeting agenda, notices, and minutes
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and insurance claims promptly
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and property replacement assessments
Requirements:
- 2 years of strata industry experience
- Class 2 license or assistant agent license
- Solid computer skills and proficiency in strata management software
- Professional telephone manners and efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
