Property Manager - Flexibility Model

We are looking to find a part time Property Management Assistant to join our Lake Macquarie office. You will need to be well presented, highly organized, be a quick learner and have a positive can-do attitude. 

This position is part time and offers flexible working conditions allowing you to fit work in around school drop off and pick up, or your otherwise busy lifestyle. The day will go fast, you will be assisting the Senior Property Managers with conducting routine inspections and assisting with ingoing inspections and open homes. There will be some time for fun, team rewards and incentives along the way and if you like, the opportunity for growth. The successful candidate will have;

• High attention to detail with a methodical approach
• Strong time management skills
• Aim to deliver a customer experience not just customer service
• Drivers Licence
• Experience is an advantage however not required. Full one on one training will be provided.

Tasks include, but not limited to:

• Conducting routine and ingoing inspections
• Assisting with open homes 
• Assisting Senior Property Managers with daily tasks
• General tenant communication
