Based in stunning offices in the Inner West, this is a tight knit & dynamic team that are hardworking but also enjoy a laugh at work. Currently seeking a Property Manager due to business expansion, this is a unique position that will make your job as a Property Manager a breeze!The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a role for an individual to provide impeccable service. With a Leasing Consultant reporting into you, this is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems in place. Managing a local portfolio mostly within walking distance, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of 290 properties in a POD structure all within walking distance
- Maintaining relationships with landlords/owners
- Conducting repairs and maintenances
- Rental arrears management
- Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
- Leasing Consultant for support
- NO accounts and NO weekends.
The Candidate:
- Previous Real Estate experience
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
