Property Manager - Mackay

Property Manager required to join the Property Management department of this outstanding Mackay agency

The Role:

• Supporting a Senior Property Manager with a capped portfolio of properties.
• Maintenance, tenant and landlord liaison, leasing duties, routines etc
• Providing exceptional customer service to owners and tenants
• No weekends and no BDM duties are required
• Salary + super + company cars to use during work hours
• Flexible working arrangements post-probation

About You:

• 12+ months of previous Property Management experience is essential
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Corporate presentation
• Valid driver's license + car
