The Role:
- Ensure seamless portfolio management
- Maintaining professional and friendly communication with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate lease administration, settlements, and new leases efficiently
- Conduct thorough ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Collaborate with contractors to address maintenance needs promptly
- Handle additional administrative duties as required
The Person:
- Must have a current ACT Certificate of Registration
- Must have previous property management experience - Juniors will also be considered for this role
- Must have driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Ability to problem solve and solutions driven
