This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join an innovative, sleek agency with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to their clients. With a team consisting of dedicated Real Estate Professionals who intimately understand the property business, this company produces nothing but the highest standards of service for their vendors, purchases, landlords, and tenants. Based in the heart of Parramatta, this agency is led by an experienced Director who is forward-thinking and at the forefront of new ideas, innovative work procedures, and ongoing success.
The Role:
This is a fast-paced role working alongside the most dynamic Property Management Team. Offering a chance to work in one of Western Sydney's top performing agency, as the Property Manager your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conduct outgoing inspections and bond claims
• Handle maintenance & repairs
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Manage a portfolio of 215 properties with leasing and accounts support
• Assisting every third Saturday with an RDO in liue
• Landlord and tenant communication

The Candidate:

• Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
• 1-2 years in a property management role
• Immaculately presented and well-groomed
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic
