The Client:

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to support one of the most dynamic agencies in the area with strong market knowledge, exceptional property management skills, and service to customers that is second to none!
The Role:
This fast-paced role will see you working within an award-winning team who have a genuine passion for real estate combined with a never-give-up attitude.
Your duties and responsibilities will consist of:

• Management of a clean and tidy portfolio consisting of 220 properties
• Leasing consultant to support with open homes
• Portfolio consists mainly of houses around the office
• Repairs and maintenance management
• Arrears
• Rent reviews and lease reviews
• Ingoing and outgoing condition reports
• Market properties for lease

The successful Candidate:

• Certificate of Registration OR Licence
• Prior Real Estate experience is a MUST!
• IMMACULATE presentation and a professional manner
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
• High level of communication and attention to detail
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
