About the role:
As a Property Manager, you will manage a small portfolio, working closely with tenants.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage tenant lease sign-ups
- Manage the recording and tracking of repairs and maintenance
- Maintain strong relationships within the disability sector's service providers
- Conduct property inspections + investigate and resolve any tenancy disputes and complaints
- Efficiently using IT systems to maintain accurate customer and property records
About you:
The ideal candidate will have property experience in the social housing sector OR property management experience from the real estate industry.
Other skills & attributes include:
- Agents representative certificate a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and effective organisational skills
- Excellent customer service with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Resilience - collaboration - adaptability - communication - calmness
- Current driver licence & reliable car
- Knowledge of software 'Property Me' is desirable
