Are you an experienced Property Manager seeking a challenging role with leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a fun and vibrant team at a prominent real estate company located in Rockhampton central.
About The Company:

Highly reputable real estate agency specialising across all facets of Property. Their focus is on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with both property owners and tenants. With a portfolio of 110 properties, they ensure their property specialists have the time and resources to deliver outstanding results, with a tonne of support!
Responsibilities:

• No routines, leasing or accounts - 70% in-office role.
• Manage a portfolio of 110 residential properties, ensuring maximum occupancy rates and rental income.
• Team Management: lead and supervise a team of Property Managers and support staff, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring productivity.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners or clients, maintaining relationships, addressing concerns, and providing updates on property performance.
• Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of properties under management, coordinating repairs, inspections, and renovations as needed.
• Tenant Relations: Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes, ensuring a positive living or leasing experience for tenants while enforcing lease agreements and property rules.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure that properties comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes, including health and safety standards, fair housing laws, and property tax requirements.
• Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning for the property management company, setting goals, identifying growth opportunities, and developing long-term strategies for success.
• Training and Development: Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in property management.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Property Manager, with expertise in managing residential properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
• Well-presented and professional demeanor, instilling confidence in clients.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A reliable vehicle
• Proficiency in property management software Property Tree
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
• Possess a valid QLD real estate certificate.
