Our Client:

This excellent real estate agency has experienced growth and much success over the past few years. Offering a range of specialised residential Property serviced, its mission is to maximize investor returns by implementing efficient Property Management systems, facilitated by experienced and dedicated staff. This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a small, tidy portfolio with flexible hours on offer!
The Role:

• Portfolio Management of only 120 properties
• Toowoomba portfolio - local properties!
• WFH - full autonomy when you may need!
• No trust accounting or invoicing
• Process and follow up on maintenance orders
• Prepare CMA's for lease renewals
• Issue leases
• Manage arrears
• Conduct exit reports
• Upload rental listings online
• Tenant sign-ups
• Liaise with owners and tenants

Monday - Friday only - NO SATURDAY WORK!
Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current Certificate of Registration is essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST
• Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous
