Ray White Corrimal | Figtree & Unanderra are seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our highly respected, award winning team.

You'll have autonomy over a very manageable portfolio and be supported by a wonderful team who prioritise staff wellbeing and managing staff workloads. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Property Manager who is highly organised and has a keen eye for detail. You will be a great communicator and enjoy providing positive client experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who has the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.

Your duties will include…
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
- Managing rental arrears;
- Routine inspections;
- Outgoing inspections;
- Maintenance requests;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;
- Previous property management experience;
- A current Real Estate Licence/Certificate Of Registration;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- NCAT experience preferred but not essential;
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or certificate of registration;
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy; and
- A valid drivers licence.
