The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager who will play a crucial role within our organisation. This role involves coordinating project deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Job Ownership: Serve as the primary contact for every job, ensuring all aspects are addressed and executed to perfection.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Promote robust communication and teamwork across departments to meet client expectations.
- Project Milestones: Manage job progress across platforms like Nutshell Activities, Premier Portal, and Asana, ensuring timely achievement of project milestones.
- Client Communication: Maintain continuous, open lines of communication with the Assignee and clients, providing real-time updates and collaborative decision-making.

- Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills with a focus on effective project management and problem-solving.

Background
- Experience: Previous experience in project management or a similar role in the construction industry is essential (Minimum 1-3 years experience)
- Qualification: Minimum qualification of an associate degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
- Language: Must be fluent in English with advanced writing skills
