Property Manager - Wfh Take Home Car - Maternity Leave Contract

A RARE opportunity to become a WFH Property Manager for a leading property developer - Monday to Friday only with flexible hours + a TAKE HOME CAR!

This multi-faceted, well-established developer has experienced significant growth and much success over the past few years. Offering a range of specialised residential Property and building services, its mission is to maximize investor returns by implementing efficient Property Management systems, facilitated by experienced and dedicated staff.
This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a small, tidy portfolio from home, with flexible hours on offer! They have a rare role available with a unique business structure, still managing properties, although with multiple tenants in co-living communities - a fulfilling position, with a similar/different approach to everyday Property Management.
The Role:

• Maternity Leave contract for 12 months (Opportunity to go permanent!)
• Portfolio Management of only 160 properties
• Northern Gold Coast/South Brisbane Portfolio (not to the CBD)
• WFH - full autonomy with satellite offices in Brisbane
• No trust accounting or invoicing
• Process and follow up on maintenance orders
• Prepare CMA's for lease renewals
• Issue leases
• Manage arrears
• Conduct exit reports
• Upload rental listings online
• Tenant sign-ups
• Liaise with owners and tenants
• Oragnise/manage co-living additional/extra options

Monday - Friday only - NO SATURDAY WORK!
Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current Certificate of Registration is essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST
• Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous
