Your new role
Working alongside another established Property Manager you will be responsible for shared duties across a property portfolio which holds 170 properties across central and north ACT. Within this role you will work collaboratively and share communication with both owners and tenants. Your day to day will consist of the following
- Managing financial ingoings and outgoings
- Routine inspections for current rent roll
- Open homes
- Communication with tenants, owners and trades
- Managing rental arrears ensuring a high level of performance.
- Continuing to assist in the ongoing growth and management of the property network
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within the real estate setting
- Reliable transport
- ACT Real Estate Registration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of personal presentation and communication skills
- Hardworking and dedicated personality
