We are looking for a Property Manager who is passionate, determined and enthusiastic. This position would suit someone with previous Property Management experience, looking to take the next step in their career.
The successful applicant will manage a portfolio of their own, working alongside 4 other Property Managers, 2 BDMs and leasing team.
The successful applicant will need to possess the following:
- Must have Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate 4
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn and adaptability to do a variety of tasks
- Eagerness to offer exemplary customer service
- Reliable car & a valid drivers licence
Some of the tasks involved in this role will include (but are not limited to):
- Condition reports
- Routine inspections
- Communication between renters and rental providers
- Rental arrears
- Lease renewals
- Rent increases
- Final inspections
- Preparing for and attending VCAT cases
- Arrange property maintenance and repairs
- Issuing breach notices
- Keeping up to date and practice with current Property Management legislation
- Monthly KPI goals
Full time - Monday- Friday.
Laptop and mobile phone provided.
