Working in this high end CBD based agency, as a Property Manager, you can expect to manage a portfolio of 170 properties with support & guidance.
Property Manager - CBD office & portfolioThe opportunity has presented itself for you to join a premium, professional, well organised and structured Real Estate agency as a Property Manager.
With staff events, a clean, modern office fit-out, the latest technology, tools of the trade and no expense spared on staff, this is a unique inner suburbs role.
With both car parking provided (if you want to drive to work), plus a company car at the office, you wont be out of pocket much for expenses!
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:15pm, with 1 hour lunchbreak, with Saturdays typically as 1 every 2 months or so only (half day, with time in lieu)
Work from home: 1-2 days/week and more after your probationary period
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of 169-170 properties (CBD Residential apartments) almost walking distance from the office
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintain client relationships
- Compliance & assist with leasing (they have leasing consultants also)
WHATS ON OFFER:
- Up to $80,000 - $85,000 + Super + Commissions + Company Car

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience
- Wanting to learn, grow and be professional in a great team
