As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, resident relations, maintenance, overdue invoices, answering phone calls, etc.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Home opens and application processing
- Arrears
- Lease and management renewals
- Final Bond inspections
- Maintenance
- Routine inspections
- Day to day administration and client liaison
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager
- Real Estate Registration
- Knowledge of Console Cloud and Bricks+Agent an advantage but not essential
- Valid drivers licence
- Excellent time management, great organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Impeccable presentation
- Honest and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
