Property Manager

Our client is a high performing Real Estate agency based in the Eastern Suburbs looking for their next experience Property Manager, to join their growing team. 

The Role:

• Up to $100-110k package + incentives
• Monday - Friday 
• 180-200 properties with support from leasing, Inspection manager and accounts admin
• Conduct outgoing inspections
• Property maintenance - liaising with both tenants and trades
• Bond management
• Rent increases, rent reviews, terminations, lease renewals
• Handing over and checking in keys
• Communication with current tenants and landlords
• Organise photos, landlord insurance, property copyright, advertising property
• Attend tribunal if and when required

The Candidate:

• Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Agent Assist Certificate
• Current driver’s licence and reliable car
• Previous experience as a Property Manager 
• Strong administration skills 
• Must be committed to a career in Real Estate
• Full working rights in Australia
