CMH Practice Management is seeking a motivated and energetic Property and Acquisitions Manager to oversee the development of a growing portfolio of destination medical centres.
This pivotal role involves identifying, and acquiring existing medical practices and developing new properties aligned with our strategic objectives. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of property development projects, from acquisition negotiations to project planning, design, construction, and final delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success.
Reporting directly to the CEO the responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Analysing and evaluating potential and future sites
- Prepare calculations for income across leasing and practice operations
- Sub-tenant leasing
- Responsible for the administration and processing of lease assignments
- General operational management including budgetary and financial results
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all relevant stakeholders including tenants, shareholders and internal staff members
- Business improvement strategies including marketing opportunities
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in acquisitions with knowledge of the medical industry.
- Previous administrative experience in a small to medium-sized business.
- Confidence in reading leases and licenses.
- High attention to detail and a systematic approach to administration
- Team player who can work in collaboration with others
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key business stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively with ongoing targets and deadlines
- Commercially astute; ability to see financial opportunities
- High level of emotional intelligence.

- Understanding of medical centre operations and financial literacy
- Demonstrated reporting skills.

Desirable skills are:
- Knowledge of property management, retail leasing, and business acquisitions

While the role will be based in Sydney, travel may be required as site locations are added to the portfolio.
