Property Manager/Leasing Manager

We are currently seeking an accomplished Full Time Property Manager with leasing experience to join our thriving Property Management Team. As a Property Manager, you will be working with an experienced professional team that supports each other at every turn.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a small Residential Property Portfolio: prepare lease agreements, entry, routines and exit inspections, management of property maintenance, lodge and maintain insurance claims, prepare and lodgement of Tribunal claims, participate in resolving tenancy disputes, process bills and invoices.
• Maximise the owners rental returns.
• Managing end-to-end leasing of vacant properties: promoting properties, conducting property viewings, screening tenants, preparing and executing leases and entry.
• Providing general administrative support to the Property Managers.
• Support property managers on leave.
• Office support as required.

Our ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a similar role and can maintain high-quality standards in the delivery of services. You should be highly organized with excellent time management skills, have strong attention to detail, negotiation skills, excellent people skills, a strong customer service focus and skills, be a team player, and be proactive.

A current Sales Certificate and Driver’s Licence is also required.
