Your Leasing Co is a family owned, progressive, commercial leasing consultancy firm, based on the beautiful Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on being leaders in our field, with a strong market reputation both on and offline. We specialise in commercial lease negotiations and support business owners, all over Australia, by working for them to save money on their Leases and obtain better Lease terms. Our business has grown over the past 3 years and so, we are now looking for a super star BDM, with an immediate start.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identify suitable clients who meet our criteria, who would benefit from our support in their Lease negotiations
- Build and nurture strong relationships with possible clients
- Pursue conversations with possible clients to share information about our services
- Client communication (both written and verbal)
- Scheduling of meetings with our Managing Director, for qualified potential clients
- Develop and implement a plan to achieve targets and growth objectives
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure effective delivery of our services and solutions
- Maintaining client records online using our Zoho CRM
- Managing daily follow up requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be a rock star when it comes to communication and relationships and will thrive on success. You will be experienced in Business Development or sales for a property or leasing business and will be a brilliant communicator, with a strong understanding of business. You will love the challenge of the chase, be prepared to get lots done each day and would be able to compare your experience to the following criteria:
- Strong experience and a proven track record of success in Business Development or sales for a property or leasing business
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities
- Results driven with a passion for making a positive impact on business
- Highly committed work ethic, self motivated to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational ability, with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
This role would be perfect for a Mum of school age (or older) children, who has a few years of corporate BDM or sales experience in the property or leasing field, is looking for flexible work hours and who is looking for a fun, but professional, family values environment to work in, where they can grow and where they know they are making a difference to lives of business owners every day.
