- You must be willing to work on a Saturday
About the role:
Required to complete all aspects of residential leasing including (but not limited to) :
- Scheduling and conducting routine inspections for our portfolio
- Organising and scheduling open homes for your area
- Showing prospective tenants through properties
- Thoroughly processing applications
- Responding to phone and email enquiries
- Lease document preparation
- Communicate with your fellow Property Managers in relation to open homes and tenancy applications etc
- Assist with repairs and maintenance.
