As the Property Service Officer you will assist the Development Manager and Project Leads in the delivery of the St John Property Projects. You will work within a highly engaged and supportive team in a fast-based and challenging work environment. This is a full time fixed term contract covering parental leave up until March 2025.
What you’ll do:
- Provide project support on complex, high value and/or high-risk development projects for St John WA.
- Coordinating meetings, minute taking, formatting of reports and document preparation
- In conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders, define and document project deliverables.
- Prepare and review documents including presentations, reports, and agendas
- General administration duties (Invoice processing and claims, electronic filing, management of intranet page content, etc)
- Prepare documents to enable quotes and costings for selected projects
- Maintain and utilise policies and procedures that affect the use of suppliers and contractors.
- Manage all allocated resources and advise the Development Manager of any prospective delays or obstacles to ensure resources are used responsibly and effectively.
What you’ll need:
- Strong communication skillset to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contractors
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Intermediate computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to solve problems in an efficient manner
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude
